What do you do for spring break when the family is not all together? Marissa went to New York City for spring break with the fashion club at school and so that left just the four of us to have vacation as only part of afamily. It was a weird, unsettling feeling not being all together as a family for spring break. And it was a cruel reminder that time is passing quickly and it won't be
long before one by one the kids will be moving out and family vacations will be a thing of the past! It truly broke my heart!
But spring break was not all lonely and depressing. The four of us forgedahead and had fun together (it was probably just me feeling the empty hole!). We went to Park City for a couple of days and simply relaxed, played in the pool and shopped. So nice just to get away! Then we spent some time in Salt Lake...ate at our favorite restaurant, explored temple square (we live so close but don't go very often!), and even enjoyed the aquarium together. Good times!
